Greetings Innovators!

We are very excited to host another Think Tank event for RootedIn LLC.  It is our mission to make the process to ideate come as naturally to you as it does for us. We invite you to join us in a Think Tank event where our goal is to learn to think differently 

As a participant you will be asked to brainstorm ideas based on two topics and one problem.

This month's event is comparing two topics; 1) Political Affiliations and 2) Entrepreneurship. Your goal will be to brainstorm ideas on How can Entrepreneurs navigate political affiliations to shape the public image of themselves and minimize risk? The purpose of the event is to walk people through tools and techniques to ideate while networking. 

How many times have we seen companies in the news for taking a stance on a political matter and they received negative backlash as a result. Whether it was Jack Phillips, owner of Masterpiece Cake in Denver or Dan Cathy, President and COO of Chic-Fil-A commenting on the homosexual community. How do we as business owners navigate these sensitive waters? Does this warrant a revamp of the political parties to allow companies to identify based on company core values? Should President's and Executive leadership be able to share personal opinions and not be reflected on company image? What should we do?

Let's take some time together and discuss how a person can go from problem to solution in ambiguous circumstances. In the coming weeks, I will share with you some helpful links to help prepare for our discussion.
